How Our Diagnostic Fee Works
When our technician visits your residence, they carry professional digital diagnostic tools to perform full electrical impedance, voltage rail, and panel tests. A nominal fee of ₹299 covers this doorstep visit and complete diagnosis.
Fee Waiver Guarantee
If you proceed with the repair recommended by our technician, the entire ₹299 inspection charge is 100% deducted from your final repair invoice. You only pay for the actual repair and parts!
No Fix - No Hidden Cost Policy
If our technician inspects your television and determines that the screen glass is internally shattered or parts are rendered unrepairable, you will only be charged the standard visit fee. We never bill for speculative labor or unperformed tasks.
